2. Scope and Acceptance
These Terms govern all purchases on hemforge.com and related digital properties (the "Site"). By placing an order, you confirm you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. The Site sells exclusively to customers located in the United States. These Terms are governed by French law (DOLECOM being a French entity), while applicable mandatory U.S. federal and state consumer-protection laws also apply where they grant you greater rights. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or place an order. You represent that you are at least 18 years old with legal capacity to contract.
3. The Product — Classification & Nature
HEMFORGE LOVE Patches are a topical, cosmetic-grade botanical patch for external adult use only, applied to intact skin as part of a general adult wellness and self-care routine. Format: pack of 30 patches; use as directed on the packaging.
Important — what this product is NOT:
- It is NOT a drug, NOT a medical device, NOT a dietary supplement, and NOT a prescription product.
- It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or mitigate any disease or medical condition (including, without limitation, erectile dysfunction, hypogonadism, hypertension, diabetes, or any sexual, cardiovascular, or hormonal disorder), and we make no such claim.
- Any reference to general concepts such as "wellness," "vitality," or "confidence" describes a subjective lifestyle experience only and is not a medical, therapeutic, or structure/function claim.
The product contains a proprietary blend of botanical extracts, including Maca Root, Red Ginseng, and Ginger Extract. It is manufactured in a facility following Good Manufacturing Practices.
4. Health Information & Consumer Disclaimer
By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that:
- This product is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- Individual experiences are subjective and vary; no specific result is promised or guaranteed.
- If you have any medical condition, take medication, are immunocompromised, or have known allergies to any ingredient, consult your physician before use.
- Discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional if you experience skin irritation, rash, dizziness, or any adverse reaction.
- For external skin use only; avoid eyes and broken or irritated skin. Adults 18+ only. Keep out of reach of children.
- Any studies referenced in our materials relate to individual botanical ingredients, not to HEMFORGE LOVE Patches as a finished, tested product.
5. Pricing and Payment
- Prices are in USD and exclude sales tax (added at checkout where applicable). Current offer: [insert your live offer].
- We reserve the right to modify prices at any time; the price applicable to your order is the one displayed at confirmation.
- Accepted methods: major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal — processed securely via Shopify Payments. We do not store full card details.
- Transactions are in USD; your bank may apply currency-conversion fees for which we are not responsible.
6. Subscriptions & Automatic Renewal
- Selecting a subscription authorizes recurring charges to your payment method at the chosen frequency until you cancel. First charge at purchase; subsequent charges on the same cycle day. Managed through Katching.
- Express consent: at checkout you take an affirmative action (e.g., checking an unchecked box) expressly consenting to recurring charges. We do not use pre-checked boxes. We keep a record of this consent.
- YOUR SUBSCRIPTION AUTOMATICALLY RENEWS UNLESS CANCELLED. We send an email before/around each renewal.
- Cancellation is as easy as sign-up: cancel anytime via your account dashboard or by emailing (subject "Cancel Subscription"). To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date. No retention call or extra step is required. You keep any product already shipped and paid for.
- Renewal charges already processed are non-refundable except for billing error or unauthorized charge.
- California residents (Automatic Renewal Law): your subscription auto-renews at the disclosed interval and price until cancelled; you may cancel anytime online or by email; if we fail to provide required disclosures before enrollment, you may request a refund of unauthorized charges at .
- If a recurring charge fails, you authorize us to retry, request updated payment details, and pause shipments until payment is received.
7. Orders and Order Confirmation
An order is an offer to purchase; our order-confirmation email constitutes acceptance. We may cancel or refuse any order for legitimate reasons (suspected fraud, payment failure, stock unavailability, pricing error); you'll be notified and any charge fully refunded. Review your order before submitting; once processing has begun, changes may not be possible.
8. Shipping and Delivery
- We ship within the United States. Free standard shipping; expedited options may be available at checkout.
- Processing 1–2 business days; standard transit 7–12 business days (estimates, not guaranteed). We are not responsible for carrier, weather, or other delays beyond our reasonable control.
- You receive a shipping confirmation with tracking. Title and risk of loss pass upon delivery to the carrier. Carrier delivery confirmation is conclusive proof of delivery, even without a signature.
- Lost/damaged shipments: contact within 14 days of the estimated delivery date; we'll work with the carrier and, where appropriate, reship or refund. We are not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect address you provided.
9. Returns, EU Withdrawal & 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
9.1 EU Statutory Right of Withdrawal. EU/EEA customers may withdraw within 14 calendar days of receipt, without reason, by contacting . For hygiene reasons, sealed personal-care items that have been unsealed after delivery may be excluded as permitted by law.
9.2 US — 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee. For US customers, returns are governed by our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you're not satisfied, contact within 60 days of your original purchase date for a refund of the price paid. Conditions: first-time customer (one claim per household); purchased directly on hemforge.com; you contact us before returning anything; not purchased for resale. We will not require photos as a condition of a satisfaction refund. Because patches are a personal-care product applied to the skin, opened/used patches need not be returned; we may ask you to return any unused/remaining patches with a prepaid label.
9.3 Damaged, defective, or wrong items. Inspect on arrival; contact within 7 days with your order number and a photo. We'll replace or refund at our discretion — usually no return needed.
9.4 Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Shipping/handling fees are non-refundable. Gift cards and free/bonus promotional items are non-refundable. Outside these terms, all sales are final.
10. Electronic Communications
By using the Site or purchasing, you consent to receive electronic communications (order confirmations, shipping notices, subscription reminders, service messages, and marketing if opted in). You may opt out of marketing via the unsubscribe link.
11. User Content (Reviews & Submissions)
By submitting reviews, photos, or other content, you grant DOLECOM a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display it for business and marketing purposes. You confirm you own the rights to it and that it is truthful and not misleading. We may remove content at our discretion.
12. Intellectual Property
All Site content — text, images, logos, the LOVE Patches name, and the HEMFORGE brand — is the exclusive property of DOLECOM or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit it without our prior written consent.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and product are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, except for any non-excludable warranties under applicable consumer law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DOLECOM is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law (including non-waivable consumer rights).
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DOLECOM and its representatives from claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of the Site or product, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
16. Dispute Resolution
16.1 Informal first. Before any formal action, contact ; we'll try to resolve your concern within 30 days.
16.2 US customers — individual arbitration & class waiver. For US customers, any unresolved dispute will be settled by binding individual arbitration (AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules), and you and DOLECOM waive any right to a class or representative action. Either party may still bring an individual claim in small claims court.
16.3 Non-waivable rights preserved. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights or your right to bring a claim in your local courts where applicable law so requires. EU consumers retain all mandatory protections and local-court access.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by French law; however, mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your U.S. state of residence apply where they grant you greater rights.
18. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, public-health emergencies, labor or supply-chain disruption, carrier or payment-processor outages, government action, war, etc.).
19. Taxes
We may collect U.S. sales tax where we have a tax nexus; applicable tax is shown at checkout. As a French micro-entreprise, DOLECOM complies with French tax rules; U.S. customers are not charged French VAT.
20. Privacy
Personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy (hemforge.com/pages/privacy-policy), which you accept when ordering.
21. General
Severability — if any provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in force. No waiver — failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. Assignment — you may not assign these Terms; DOLECOM may assign them (e.g., in a sale of the business). Entire agreement — these Terms with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy are the entire agreement. Termination — we may suspend access for violations; IP, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, and dispute-resolution clauses survive.
22. Changes
We may update these Terms; the updated version is posted with a revised date. For material changes affecting your rights, we'll notify you by email where available. Orders placed before a change are governed by the Terms in force at purchase.
