HEMFORGE is a men's wellness brand operated by DOLECOM, a sole proprietorship (entrepreneur individuel under the French micro-entrepreneur regime) registered under French law.

2. Scope and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") govern all purchases made on the HEMFORGE website (hemforge.com) and any related digital properties (the "Site"). By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all customers purchasing from the Site, regardless of their location. They are governed simultaneously by French law (as DOLECOM is a French legal entity subject to EU consumer protection regulations) and by applicable United States federal and state consumer protection laws (as the Site sells exclusively to customers located in the United States).

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site or place an order.

3. Products

3.1 Product Description

HEMFORGE LOVE Patches are transdermal patches formulated to support male vitality, energy, and sexual performance through a proprietary botanical blend including Maca Root, Panax Ginseng, and Ginger Extract.

Format: Pack of 30 transdermal patches. Recommended use: 1 patch per application as directed on the packaging.

3.2 Dietary Supplement Classification and Regulatory Disclaimer

HEMFORGE LOVE Patches are classified as a dietary supplement under the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) framework. They are NOT a drug, a medical device, or a prescription medication.

These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, including but not limited to erectile dysfunction, hypogonadism, or any other form of medically diagnosed sexual or hormonal disorder.

The product is manufactured in an FDA-registered facility following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

3.3 Product Availability

All orders are subject to product availability. HEMFORGE reserves the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time. In the event that a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, you will be notified and offered a full refund.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Prices

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and include any applicable fees unless otherwise stated. Prices do not include applicable sales tax, which may be charged depending on your state of residence and applicable law.

Current pricing:

  • One-time purchase (1 pack of 30 patches): $39.99
  • Monthly subscription (1 pack of 30 patches/month): $24.99/month (significant savings)

HEMFORGE reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Prices applicable to your order are those displayed at the time of purchase confirmation.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. DOLECOM does not store your full payment card details.

4.3 Currency and International Transactions

All transactions are processed in USD. If your bank account is denominated in a different currency, your bank or card issuer may apply a currency conversion fee. DOLECOM is not responsible for such fees.

5. Subscription Terms

5.1 How Subscriptions Work

When you select a subscription option, you authorize HEMFORGE to charge your payment method automatically at the monthly frequency until you cancel. Your first charge occurs at the time of purchase. Subsequent charges occur on the same calendar day of each billing cycle.

Subscription orders are managed through Katching. You will receive an email notification before each renewal charge. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

5.2 Subscription Consent

By selecting a subscription at checkout and completing your purchase, you expressly consent to recurring charges as described. This consent is separate from your agreement to these Terms and is specifically required for the recurring billing feature.

We maintain a record of your subscription consent as required by applicable law.

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time, with no penalty and no cancellation fee. Cancellation must be completed before your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the following cycle.

To cancel, you may:

  • Log into your account on hemforge.com and cancel directly from your subscription dashboard
  • Email info@hemforge.com with the subject line "Cancel Subscription" and your order number

Cancellation takes effect immediately upon confirmation. You will retain access to any product already shipped and paid for. We will not charge your card after cancellation is confirmed.

Per applicable consumer protection law, the cancellation process is designed to be as simple as the sign-up process.

5.4 Subscription Modifications

You may pause, skip a shipment, or change your subscription frequency at any time by logging into your account or contacting customer service. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.

6. Orders and Order Confirmation

An order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email from HEMFORGE. This email constitutes our acceptance of your offer to purchase.

HEMFORGE reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for legitimate reasons, including but not limited to: suspected fraud, payment failure, unavailability of stock, or error in pricing. In such cases, you will be notified promptly and any charge will be fully refunded.

Please review your order carefully before submitting. Once an order is placed, modifications may not be possible if the order has already entered processing.

7. Shipping and Delivery

7.1 Shipping Zone

HEMFORGE ships exclusively within the United States (excluding U.S. territories unless otherwise specified at checkout).

7.2 Shipping Costs

Free standard shipping is offered on all orders. Expedited shipping options may be available at additional cost at checkout.

7.3 Delivery Times

Standard orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping transit time is 7 to 12 business days depending on your location. These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

HEMFORGE is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7.4 Shipping Confirmation

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order is dispatched. Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7.5 Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@hemforge.com within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, where appropriate, reship your order or issue a refund.

8. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers) and Returns

8.1 EU Statutory Right of Withdrawal

As DOLECOM is a French legal entity subject to EU consumer law, EU-based customers (if any) have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without providing a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at info@hemforge.com within the 14-day period.

Note: This Section 8.1 applies to customers located in the European Union or European Economic Area. All other customers (including US customers) are governed by Section 9 (Money-Back Guarantee).

8.2 US Return Policy

For US customers, returns are governed exclusively by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Section 9). Outside the guarantee terms, all sales are final.

9. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

9.1 Our Commitment

HEMFORGE stands behind LOVE Patches. If you try the product and are not satisfied with the results, we will refund your purchase price in full within 30 days of your original purchase date.

9.2 Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a refund under this guarantee, ALL of the following conditions must be met:

  • You are a first-time HEMFORGE customer (one guarantee claim per household)
  • The product was purchased directly on hemforge.com (not through a third-party retailer or marketplace)
  • Your refund request is submitted within 30 days of your original purchase date
  • You contact our customer service team at info@hemforge.com before returning any product, to initiate the process
  • The product was not purchased for resale or professional use

9.3 How to Request a Refund

To initiate a guarantee claim:

  • Email info@hemforge.com with the subject line "30-Day Guarantee Claim"
  • Include your order number and the email address used at purchase
  • Briefly describe your experience

Our team will respond within 2 business days. We may ask follow-up questions to better understand your experience and improve our product. We will not request photographic evidence as a condition of your refund.

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

9.4 Exclusions

The guarantee does not apply to:

  • Purchases made more than 30 days prior to the claim date
  • Customers who have previously received a refund from HEMFORGE
  • Products purchased through unauthorized resellers
  • Orders placed with fraudulent payment information
  • Subscriptions where more than one billing cycle has been charged and not disputed within 30 days

9.5 Subscription Refunds

For subscription orders, the 30-day guarantee applies to your first shipment only. Subsequent subscription charges that were not cancelled before the billing date are non-refundable, except in cases of billing error or unauthorized charge.

10. Product Disclaimers and Health Information

HEMFORGE LOVE Patches are a transdermal dietary supplement product intended for adult men. By purchasing and using this product, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • This product is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
  • Individual results vary and are not guaranteed. Factors including age, hormonal status, lifestyle, overall health, and consistency of use affect outcomes
  • If you have a diagnosed medical condition (including but not limited to cardiovascular disease, hypertension, diabetes, or hormonal disorders), are taking prescription medication, or have known allergies to any of the ingredients, consult your physician before use
  • Discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional if you experience skin irritation, rash, dizziness, or any adverse reaction
  • This product is intended for adult use only (18+). Keep out of reach of children. For external skin application only. Avoid contact with eyes and broken or irritated skin
  • Studies referenced in our marketing materials relate to the individual botanical ingredients (Maca Root, Panax Ginseng, Ginger Extract, and other botanicals) and not to HEMFORGE LOVE Patches as a finished, tested product
  • This product is not intended to treat erectile dysfunction or any other medically diagnosed sexual disorder. If you experience persistent sexual performance issues, consult a healthcare professional

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, images, logos, product names, the LOVE Patches trademark, and the HEMFORGE brand identity — is the exclusive property of DOLECOM or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from the Site without our prior written consent. Any unauthorized use may result in legal action.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DOLECOM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your purchase or use of the product, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or personal injury.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal proceeding, we encourage you to contact us at info@hemforge.com to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve concerns within 30 days of receiving your complaint.

13.2 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, as DOLECOM is a French legal entity. However, mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of your state of residence in the United States also apply where they provide you with greater rights.

13.3 Jurisdiction

For disputes that cannot be resolved informally, French courts have jurisdiction, except where mandatory provisions of US law provide you with the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.

13.4 Consumer Complaint Resources

14. Taxes

HEMFORGE may be required to collect sales tax in certain US states where we have a tax nexus. Applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Tax rates may vary by state and locality.

As a French micro-entreprise selling to US customers, DOLECOM complies with applicable tax regulations in France. US customers are not subject to French VAT.

15. Privacy

The collection and processing of your personal data in connection with purchases on the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at hemforge.com/pages/privacy-policy. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted our Privacy Policy.

16. Changes to These Terms

HEMFORGE reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on the Site with a revised "Last Updated" date. Changes take effect upon posting.

For material changes affecting your rights, we will notify you by email where we have your address. Your continued use of the Site or placement of new orders after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Orders placed before a change takes effect are governed by the Terms in force at the time of purchase.
